Time don\u2019t move in here, it just sits heavy. The silence hits different when you know you can\u2019t leave. Some days, it feels like my mind\u2019s breaking before my body does. I try to hold it together, but it\u2019s hard when all you\u2019ve got are your thoughts eating you alive. Some days I feel like I\u2019m slipping, and there\u2019s nobody to notice until it\u2019s too late. It\u2019s hard to ask for help when you feel like people see you as a problem instead of a person. Some days I feel like I\u2019m barely holding on, trying to keep myself together when my mind is pulling me in every direction. It\u2019s hard when people judge me without knowing what I\u2019m fighting inside.
